Booking terms

These terms apply to bookings with Vanuatu Zipline Operations Ltd, trading as Vanuatu Jungle Zipline.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars, vatu and US dollars, and you pay in the currency you choose. Card payments include a bank fee of 3% online, shown before you pay.

Cancellations

Full refund, less a small bank and admin fee, if you cancel more than 24 hours before your tour. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. If we cancel for our own reasons, such as closing an activity because of the weather or for any other reason, we reschedule you or refund you.

Tax receipts

Your VAT receipt, registered with the Department of Customs and Inland Revenue, is issued when you check in for your activity and is emailed to you. Ask at reception for a printed copy.

Safety

Every guest signs our safety waiver and must meet the age, weight and fitness limits for their activity. Guides may refuse anyone who does not meet them or who appears affected by alcohol.
